Tawa Pulao - my first try!

I had no pics to post today so hurried for this shot when hubby was about to have his lunch now :) Made tawa pulao today with homemade pav bhaji masala powder and should say it turned out above my expectation and the plate was wiped clean :) We had it with brinjal curry and podalangai kootu.
